You must contact us within 7 days of package's arrival for a request to return your Item(s).
- The item(s) you wish to return must be unworn, unwashed and unused with tags still attached.
- Items cannot be final sale product, (jewerly & clearance items)
- You must still have the receipt (invoice) to send with the package
- Once the item(s) are received and inspected, you'll be emailed a discount code for store credit. Items must match the return policy standard.
- Store credit will be the price of the item(s) returned, minus the shipping
How to process a return;
- Email us with desired return for store credit
- Tell us your order number and which item and or items you wish to return.
- We will email you a return label to print.
- Please use original packaging if possible.
All jewelry is final sale. ( cannot return)
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48hrs of the item(s) arrival.
